1. RESULTS DISCLAIMER
PR Fundamentals is an online education program designed to give beauty and wellness founders the knowledge, strategy, and tools to build a powerful PR foundation. We are deeply committed to the quality of this program and to your growth.
However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, earnings, media placements, or business results. Every founder who enters this program brings a unique brand, background, market position, and level of commitment. Results vary and they depend significantly on the work you put in, the clarity of your brand, and the conditions of your specific market.
Any results, case studies, or success stories referenced in our marketing materials or within the program are real examples shared for illustrative purposes only. They are not typical, average, or guaranteed. They represent what is possible, not what is promised.
No member of the MMC Communications team, nor any affiliate, partner, or representative of this program, is authorized to make guarantees of results on our behalf.
2. FINANCIAL COMMITMENT AND PAYMENT POLICY
Enrollment in PR Fundamentals represents a full financial commitment to the program, regardless of participation level, completion, or decision to withdraw after the guarantee period.
If you choose a payment plan, you are responsible for completing every scheduled payment in full.
If a payment is missed or becomes overdue, access to the program — including live sessions, community, and course materials — will be paused until your account is returned to good standing. We will make every reasonable effort to contact you before access is affected.
If you choose to leave the program before your payment plan is complete, the remaining balance becomes due in full. Discontinuing participation does not cancel the financial obligation you entered into at enrollment.
3. REFUND AND GUARANTEE POLICY
If after completing the first two modules you do not feel PR Fundamentals is the right fit for your brand and your goals, you may request a full refund within the guarantee period outlined at the time of your enrollment.
To be eligible for a refund, you must demonstrate meaningful engagement with the program, including completion of the module exercises and worksheets. Refund requests made without evidence of participation will not be honored.
After the guarantee period has ended, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for partial completion, change of circumstances, or change of mind.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content within PR Fundamentals, including but not limited to video modules, scripts, frameworks, worksheets, templates, written materials, and live session recordings is the exclusive intellectual property of MMC Communications and Cris Gordon.
You may not reproduce, distribute, share, resell, or repurpose any program content in any form without explicit written permission from MMC Communications. This includes sharing login credentials, recording live sessions, or redistributing program materials to third parties.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate removal from the program without refund and potential legal action.
5. PROGRAM ACCESS AND DELIVERY
PR Fundamentals is delivered through the Kajabi platform. One year access to video content applies to the recorded modules and materials available at the time of your enrollment. MMC Communications reserves the right to update, modify, or retire program content as the industry evolves with the commitment that any updates will enhance, not diminish, the quality of what you have access to.
Live session access is available exclusively during the active cohort period: June 2026 through December 2026. Live sessions will not be extended beyond the cohort window.
6. PROGRAM CONDUCT
PR Fundamentals is a professional, high-caliber environment built on mutual respect, confidentiality, and a shared commitment to growth. All participants are expected to uphold these standards in every live session, community interaction, and group setting.
MMC Communications reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to the experience of other members, without refund.
7. PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Information shared within the cohort community, by fellow founders, by Cris Gordon, or by any member of the MMC Communications team, is considered confidential. Participants agree not to disclose, share, or reproduce the personal, business, or strategic information of other cohort members outside of the program environment.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
MMC Communications and Cris Gordon's total liability to any participant, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the program. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from participation in or inability to access the program.
